Catzeyes Driver Training Materials will help organisations and their employees reflect on the way they drive either within their own vehicle or when using a company vehicle.  The course will help the driver identify their own shortfall and capability thereby reducing the risks they face on the road. The course is open to any driver of any category of vehicle. The course has a modular based approach which can be very generic (as to most companies) or may be totally bespoke to your organisation allowing us to work with your company and meet your individual situation and needs. How the Training Works:

Due to the many diverse and different operational requirements of business related vehicle fleets, a full understanding of your companies operation is a must. After we have identified your need  a training package is produced to ensure that your vehicle fleet  and your business can operate fully whilst driver training is undertaken. The course has two options.

Option one. This can be conducted by operating with a half or full days driver training at your location, starting the day with an advanced driver training presentation on road safety , pre driver and road worthiness checks, assessing the driver capabilities on road, identifying areas of driver weakness then using some advanced techniques to improve this area. The day will finish off with a summary and debrief on the day’s activities. This is then followed by 12 months online assessment with full monthly feedback to the company.

Option two.  Once again we will need to identify the requirements of your company. The training will then be developed and placed onto the training platform. The driver will be issued with a login and password for the catzeyes driver training e-learning platform and work their way through a course over the period of 12 months.
